This specialty coffee comes from Tambakan, Sasakdapang, in the Mount Palasari region of West Java, Indonesia.
Grown at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,500 meters above sea level, it features a mix of Typica, Sigararutang, and Lini-S varieties. The beans are processed using anaerobic fermentation together with the natural (dry) method. This creates an intense and exciting flavor profile, with fruity, fermented, and tropical notes, a pleasant sweetness, and lively acidity.
